Teaching Reading – a whole class approach. – Will Kirner and Sarah McIntosh

As part of our new move towards Whole Class Reading, we are now focusing our teaching and learning on the core reading skills. This is enabling us to hone these crucial skills with real focus, and to elicit clear and relevant responses from the children, while also making our assessment foci minimal, yet potent. Come along to find out how we are making efforts to engage reluctant readers too, especially the boys!

Friday 26th January 2018 9:05-10:05am

Life after levels: Making sense of the curriculum and assessment in primary schools – Kim Clark
